This is for all the make-up begginers and my teenage self who would have loved this kind of infomation. I also love keeping track of what I have learned and sharing that!
Brow tone should be determined by your undertone:

Because I am Black, I assumed that 1) I should always wear black eyebrow colors. When I corrected that mistake, I thought I should default to warmer colors and tones. However, it wasn’t until I was experimenting at Ulta that I realized cool-toned brows look much more polished and natural than warm-toned ones. In short, the lesson I learned is that the tone of your brows should match your undertone:
Warm undertone = warm brows Cool/neutral undertone = cool brows
Silver Eyliner
Maybe I have weird, sweaty eyes, but whenever I wear black eyeliner, it eventually bleeds into my undereye area, and I end up looking even more tired. Silver eyeliner is more subtle than white but creates more contrast than a champagne color. If silver still feels like too much or doesn’t work for your undertone, I would suggest Palladio’s Precision Eyeliner in Champeign =, or you can try gold from Palladio as well. I am wearing silver from Haus Labs Titanium Silver. If Hause Lab’s is not available in your country, try Palladio’s Glitter Eyeliner in Silver Sparkle. PS: Women with deeper skin tones (like Naomi Campbell) can wear silver. It just depends on your undertones.
Brow Products and Their Effect:

I found this diagram on the ColourPop website, and I wish they had more like it. It really helped me map out the kind of brow effect I want and how to achieve it with different brow products. For a quick, everyday look, I use a brow gel, which gives me a fluffy, natural brow.
When I want to buy more, I read blogs instead:
I love exploring the blogs attached to brands. While they often tell you how to use their products specifically, every so often, you actually get useful information from these blogs. I prefer finding my beauty information through reading rather than watching. I turn to videos when I need specific techniques, but I rely on blogs and online magazines to understand how certain products work, get suggestions for everyday makeup looks, or read someone's makeup story. These are the blogs I find myself returning to again and again:

Thanks so much for reading! I hope these tips help you feel more confident in choosing the right makeup shades for your unique undertones.
